Live Your Life – Free Workshop from Lymphoma Action

10/11/21

Wednesday 1st December 2021

10:00 to 15:00

If you have recently finished treatment or are on active monitoring, attending a virtual Live Your Life workshop can help you find local support and connect with others in a similar situation.

This interactive workshop looks at:

  • Understanding lymphoma
  • Emotional wellbeing
  • Exercise and nutrition
  • Sources of help and support

The workshop is run by people with lived experience of lymphoma, and the one-day event provides a safe space to ask questions and share your experience, and help empower you to begin to find your “new normal”.

“I was anxious about spending a day talking and listening to information about lymphoma but I’m glad that I participated. Connecting with others in the breakaway groups was helpful.”
