Making the decision to eat well can make you feel more in control.

Searching online for ‘cancer and diet’ brings up nearly two million results, but some of it may be misleading or unsafe.

To help you get the best advice, a specialist team of Cancer Dietitians from Hampshire have gathered good, factual nutritional information that you can match to your own needs.
